lovely view spacious bathroom shower gel
the room had a lovely view from the 7th floor. coffee, tea, and water were available, but more options would have been nice. the bathroom was spacious enough and had shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and a hairdryer.
the reception staff were not overly friendly.

the hotel is near the titanic quarter for walking. lavender was on the table each night. the room offered a great view. i found the beds comfy.
corridors were not cleaned properly. dirty dishes remained outside rooms.

The fitness center was nice. I saw treadmills and stationary bikes available for use. The bar had a relaxed atmosphere. I also found a wide selection of drinks there.
The room doors were quite noisy. I was disturbed several times because of it. I noticed balsamic vinegar served when I requested vinegar with my food. Next time, I will need to specify malt vinegar.

An Okay Stay
central location tasty breakfast fingerprints on glasses unclean bathroom
The location was central. It allowed easy access to the Titanic Quarter. The breakfast was tasty with good options. I appreciate the 12 pm check-out time as well. Parking was available next to the hotel, handy.
Glasses in the fridge had fingerprints on them! Ice was requested, but it was not delivered to our room. the bathroom was not cleaned properly. I found hairs in the shower tray, hairs on the floor, and water stains on the shower doors.

The location offered a short walk to the city center. I found USB charging available in the room. The staff was polite and helpful (I especially liked their quick responses to my requests).
The room doors were a bit noisy, occasionally disturbing my sleep.

The hotel has a modern design. The restaurant and bar are spacious. I loved the outdoor eating area, it looks great for the summer (I visited in the spring).
The staff was not very efficient. I was charged incorrectly for the stay. There was no complimentary water in the room, I expected it at that price.

My room had a nice view of the river, it was lovely. all the staff were friendly and helpful. I really appreciated that. i found the location convenient for getting to concerts and for a quick walk into the city center.
the regular tv had no netflix or apps. i couldn't watch anything i wanted.
